Meet Linder Dwyer, Lpc
Ready to stop feeling small and start living the life you want ?
You’re tired of making yourself invisible to keep the peace.
You want change but feel stuck - caught in self doubt, overthinking, and struggling to ask for support.
change is possible
I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and understood.
This is a space where you can let go —of the pressure, the self-doubt, the weight of doing it all. The focus is on you and not everyone else.
So many women move through life putting others first, caught in cycles of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism. Therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and begin untangling the patterns that no longer serve you.
Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences—especially in relationships—have shaped the way you see yourself and move through the world. We won’t just talk about these patterns; we’ll also pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface — emotionally and in your body .
Our work will help you reconnect with yourself, break free from old narratives, and create a life that feels more sustainable and true to you. We’ll focus on:
• Deepening self-trust and clarity around what you want and need.
• Loosening the grip of perfectionism and being overly responsible.
• Creating safety and belonging in your relationships—both with yourself and others.
Healing happens in connection. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experience with curiosity and compassion. Step by step, you can begin to move through the world in a way that feels more like your own.
My Style
A space for you to go deep and feel supported.
You’ve tried self-help books or listening to podcasts. It can inspire you to make some changes for a while but— old patterns pull you back in when guilt, doubt, or fear resurface. You’ve tried to go it alone, but this time, you’re ready for something different. You know you need someone in your corner—a professional who truly gets it, who is willing to go deep with you, and who will lift you up when things feel hard.
I understand because I’ve been there. As a highly sensitive person who has spent a large portion of life avoiding conflict and come out the other side, I get the struggle of wanting to speak up but feeling unable to. I’m also a wife, mom and therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. My own life, along with years of education and training, has shaped how I support women in stepping into a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I’m committed to continuously learning and refining my approach to better serve my clients.
Clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Yes, we talk about the hard things and try to make sense of them—but we also laugh in the process! Therapy isn’t just about working through pain; it’s about feeling seen, understood, and supported along the way. The heart of healing often comes from the connection between client and therapist, that deep sense of “feeling felt.” My goal is for you to experience that—to know that I get it, and I’m with you every step of the way.
Guiding Principals
Connection is the Foundation of Healing
We are able to heal when we feel seen, understood, and supported. Therapy provides a space for meaningful connection that fosters real change.
Insight, Mindfulness, and Action Create Change
Awareness is powerful, but lasting change happens when reflection is paired with intentional action. Through mindfulness, we learn to notice our thoughts and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, creating space for new choices and meaningful transformation.
Self Compassion leads to Growth
True transformation happens when we meet ourselves with kindness instead of criticism. Learning to trust and care for yourself is essential to breaking old patterns.
A Safe, Nonjudgmental Space is Essential
You don’t have to perform or prove anything here. This is a space where ALL of you is welcome—your struggles, your hopes, and your evolving self.
